· Signs must be placed on private property only. Signs may not be placed within any public right-of-way or on any utility pole (see the photo examples).
· Signs cannot be placed in a manner that obstructs the line-of-sight at any intersection.
· Each property is permitted to have an aggregate total gross surface area of 64 square feet for temporary political signs.
· No sign can exceed 4 feet in height or 8 feet in width.
If you comply with these rules, a permit is not required, so keep them in mind!
