The Finance Director is responsible for preparing the annual Treasurer's Report, receiving all deposits of village funds, and reviewing all bank accounts. The office is also responsible for processing payroll, accounts receivable, purchase orders, accounts payable, and preparing reports for the Village Board monthly meetings. The Finance Director also oversees and coordinates the annual financial audits including police pension funds.
In addition to the financial responsibilities, the Finance Director's office is also responsible for human resource activities as directed by the Village Administrator.
