The Finance Department is responsible for the administration of the fiscal operations of the Village.  These responsibilities include the recording and reporting of all financial transactions, billing and collecting all revenue due the Village, as well as monitoring investments, pensions, and fixed assets.  The Finance Director assists in the preparation of the annual operating budget, prepares the annual fiscal report, financial forecasting and acts as Treasurer to the Village Board.  Additionally, Finance personnel administer the Village's medical benefit plan.  Payroll and accounts payable are both processed within the Finance Department.
