Illinois American Water has performed an end of contract billing cycle action in which they may have identified an account balance owed as a "credit".  This is not a credit amount due the customer, it is simply the wording Illinois American Water chose to indicate any balance due amount carried forward.  Any current balance due amount has been transferred to the Village water billing system and will be reflected in the current bill.  

For your convenience, you will be able to pay your water bill on the Village website using EPAY and there will also be a drop box installed. If you prefer to use auto payment, the form is on the website.
